It was originally owned by the IPC and has been recently facing a huge economic crisis along with many getting sick in its factories and the potential of harboring a stellaron on the planet. In order for Madinia to preserve its independence from the IPC and resolve the issue of the Stellaron, the Astral Express decide on paying a visit to the planet.
