An Object heads High School AU featuring characters from the BFDI and Inanimate Insanity series(s). After being exposed to everyone in the school but still being accepted Black Hole continues to live his life on Earth despite this he and his friends and loved ones are still no stranger to dangers of various kinds, what does the future have in store for our favorite singularity? This book is a continuation of another book with the same name, if you're new to this AU I suggest reading the first ABHLOE book.

A ring appears in the sky. No one knows whether it is natural, artificial, divine, or alive. Dr Shen is asked to help answer a question no government is willing to ask in public: what happens when the first sign of intelligence beyond Earth cannot be approached, touched, or understood - only seen? Across the world, certainty begins to fail. Scientists argue. Governments conceal. Faith gathers. And above them all, the sky remains open. Silent. Beautiful. Watching.

Just a little (personal) trivia: When I was 15 years old, I wrote a 40,000-word novella for the MYP Personal Project (part of the IB programme). It was the first story I had ever written-a sci-fi, first-contact story. Reading it now, everything from the plot to the writing is absolutely terrible, but it will always mean the world to me. I had developed such a strong emotional bond to the characters I had created that writing the last page felt like I was bidding a forever farewell to people I deeply loved and cared about. I was sobbing, and sobbing... The main character's name was Scarlett. One of the other characters-an astronaut who went with her to the Alpha Centauri star system-was named Luke. Since I wrote this short story (Deep Ocean Floor) for my undergraduate degree's Final Year Project, and since it is also a sci-fi, first-contact story, it felt fitting to bring Scarlett and Luke back to life. I am so glad that, through writing this, I was able to briefly meet them again. (16/04/2024)

However later that week she laid a strange egg, however as this happened during the night a huge meteor shower came out of nowhere and brought alien monsters to Earth. However something horrible happens and Hoshi with friends must fix this extraterrestrial and or terrestrial disaster.
