But when the Ares kingdom threatened continued war if they were not given the alliance with Libra, it was agreed to send Genesis to marry Alaric, eldest heir to the Ares Kingdom. The problem is, Genesis fears Alaric with her whole being, and she'll do anything to get out of this marriage and go back to Cosmo. Alaric wants what is best for his kingdom, and the only thing that can better his kingdom is the balance that only a Libra soul can bring. The longer Genesis is in the Ares palace walls, the harder it is to ignore Alaric's presence that is equally terrifying and attractive. And Alaric, well there is nothing for him to warm up to. He fell in love with Genesis the moment he saw her at the annual Collided Ball.
