**WARNING: This story includes spoilers about both novels involved
John Green's "The Fault In Our Stars", published in 2012, features 16 year-old Hazel Grace Lancaster and her boyfriend Augustus Waters living a highly imperfect life (that is beautiful in its own way) in Indianapolis. Jennifer Niven's "All the Bright Places", published three short years later, follows Violet Markey and Theodore Finch as they explore their state of Indiana in the second half of their Senior year. Assuming time within a novel follows our own timeline, Hazel should be around 18 or 19 by the time Violet graduates high school. Two heroines around the same age, alike in many ways but so different in others, living in the same state. What if they were to meet?
Inspired by a great friend and encouraged further by reading ATBP and TFIOS back to back, this is Remarkeyble Grace.
