Une musique dansait autour d'elle, la berçait , s'enroulait autour de son corps comme un flux vital. Les notes vibrèrent courant tel des fantômes invisibles à la surface de sa peau avant de s'infiltrer en elle. Elle devint un instrument, entra en résonance avec la mélodie qui se fit plus pressante. Elle cambra sa tête en arrière et sourit. Elle savait que les prochaines heures deviendraient des jours. Qu'elle déambulerait avec frénésie dans ses rues pavées qui peuplaient ses songes, ce monde onirique créé sur mesure pour les rêveurs. Comme elle, ils étaient des milliers, tous les soirs alors que la nuit tombait aux quatre coins de la ville, ils fermaient leurs portes, leurs fenêtres pour réclamer une dose, juste une dose d'évasion. On les appelaient les Noctambulaires.
