For one night the mermaids are allowed to go to the surface to see the wonders, or as Triton hopes, and horrors of the surface. This is a story of a character behind the scenes. You may not know it, but she's there. She's there helping Sora and the gang save the worlds from the darkness. . . . . . . . . . . . . These are not my original characters except for the main girl in this story. All other characters belong to Disney, Tetsuya Nomura, and Square Enix. This follows the main plot of the Kingdom Hearts series. I've always been a fan of stories that incorporate new characters, without disrupting the story-line of what has already happened. This is my take on a character in the background of the Kingdom Hearts very, very, convoluted universe.

In this alternate universe based on the movie the little mermaid Ariel was captured by men on the docks and nearly killed but Ursula saved the red haired mermaid. Ursula taught Ariel that humans are all the same and that the naive young girl should stay away from them but Ariel had something else in mind.
