Suyana,an earthbender from the Earth Kingdom gets thrown out of her house at 15 years old.With her wits and skills(it was just luck actually) ,she manages to find the greatest earthbender of all times:Toph Beifong.She convinces the old lady to help her get stronger and she had living with her mentor ever since. But everything changed when the avatar appeared:to get better at Earthbending with Toph's training. Then the greatest earthbender gave Suyana a mission;to follow Avatar Korra and stop her from doing stupid things. So this fanfic will be a fix-it where I will (try to)fix some issues I had with TLOK.I will (try to) flesh out certain characters more (like the Krew) and (try to) go more in depth with the politics of the show. There will also be a romance with Mako as the love interest (Don't worry the love triangle/square at the beginning of the show will be oversimplified). The love story between Mako and Suyana will be a slow burn so don't expect them to confess their love and make love by the 25th chapter. This story (as you already guessed) won't be completely canon. There are entire arcs that will be removed (like the origin of the Avatar and the Vatuu/Raava conflict:I hate those flying kites ). You may wonder how I will manage the rest of the story while excluding such importants elements from the show (like how I am gonna explain Zaheer being an airbender...) Wellll.... I don"t know yet.
