Osamu has always been the most liked twin, it wasn't really a secret, in public Osamu seemed very chill and mature, and Atsumu just seemed like a cocky, arrogant, self-centered brat, to say the least. Most of Inarizaki think of Atsumu as the least valuable, immature, and less hot twin. Atsumu knew most of these things weren't true, he had fangirls and a lot of them. So he wasn't ugly. But... Was he really that annoying? Would Osamu really be better off without him? Would the world be better of without him?

No story ends with a happy ending but could any compare to Atsumu's appalling and dreadful torture known as life? Atsumu Angst Atsumu have a horrible life. Only one thing makes him happy and it is his best friend Sakusa. He ends up falling in love with his Sakusa only to find out on the day of his confession that Sakusa has a girlfriend because he spotted Sakusa kissing Atsumu's ex-girlfriend. Atsumu rushes home and locks himself in his room. He started to notice how it shows that he has major symptoms to a deadly disease called 'Hanahaki Disease'. What will Atsumu do?

Atsumu Miya and his twin brother, Osamu, are second years on Inarizaki's volleyball team. Just days before their birthday, Atsumu's world begins to shift after he accidentally overhears a few teammates talking in the locker room. "Aww, Kita, you must be so worried about your best setter's health," someone teases. "No, Atsumu, you're not the best setter, your amazing and talented brother Osamu is," another voice mocks. Laughter fills the room. 'What...? Are they making...fun of me?' They're probably just joking, right? They always make him the punchline. That's just how things are, how they've always been. It's normal. It has to be. But over the next four days, the laughter doesn't feel harmless anymore. Everywhere he goes, in every passing comment and half-heard whisper, Atsumu thinks he hears the same thing: that they hate him. That he isn't good enough. The words start echoing in his head until he begins to believe them himself. Then, on the fifth morning, he wakes up and forgets all of it. Because it's his birthday. The day he turns eighteen. Excitement replaces doubt. Every year, the team throws a surprise party for him and Samu. It's tradition. He carries that expectation with him all day, grinning to himself. But when he walks into the gym, a pit forms in his stomach. There are decorations. Music. Laughter. Just like always. Only this time, the party isn't for him. It's for Osamu. Did they... forget?

Miya Atsumu has an eating disorder which his friends, Hinata Shoyo, Akaashi Keiji, and Oikawa Toru found out about. The three promised not to tell his overprotective brother, Miya Osamu about it if he starts eating. He agreed but decieved them to thinking he was eating but really didn't. The trio found out about it and had a talk with him but his brother, best friend, and three future boyfriends all found out and found away for him to eat. At the end he starts eating again and fell in love with his lovely future husbands, Aran Ojiro, Kita Shinsuke, and Sakusa Kiyomi.
