Atty Stories

I always wonder how it feels to have a boyfriend, how to thrill. There are many questions that trouble my mind, especially when it comes to love, but I am only fifteen years old. There is no real love at that age yet so one of my questions is how to get hurt. so I really want to have a boyfriend but I can't flirt. I thought no one liked me, there was. But I can't imagine a decade later he still wants me. Even though we were very young then. He is six years old and I am three years old. I can't quite imagine what he liked about me then. And now he is eighteen years old. And hopefully if destiny is granted, I will ask for him for the rest of his life. Even in the next life. -Carmina Reyes

This is my collection of poems for the Atty awards. I am not skilled in defining types of poetry, nor do I categorize my poetry in "types". I believe poetry should not be constrained by "verses" or "types" or anything like that. However, I have attempted to categorize them in accordance with the Atty competition's rules. All of this poetry is special and sentimental to me, and it all comes from the heart. I hope you all enjoy!!!

Criminal, What is a Criminal? Criminal is the one who committed crime, killing, gambling, child abuse, cyberbullying, robbing and etc. are some crimes. A Criminal has feelings too, kahit na may nagawa silang masama, ay nakakaramdam din sila ng pagmamahal. All of us felt love, and it is so good. Will you still love a criminal even though she or he made something defeatism?
