A shootout arises between three gunmen and police officers at the All-Star TLC bank in Los Angeles. Unfortunately for the polices the gunmen activated the bomb on one of the ATM machine as they robbed the innocent people in the bank. They took away their money and jewelry, and the police tried to stop them, but they later on escape. The President Mr.Ricklison got really angry as he told Mr. Peter, the supervisor of the Central Hill police station that he is disappointed in the result he got from them. He said they should improve. Later on, a conflict arises between Mr. Peter and Sam, as he told Sam that he can't leave the police station until the President calls back at the office. Sam said to him that he got a phone call from his uncle Tivon that his mother Mrs.Lora blackout when she was in the kitchen preparing breakfast. All of that causes a big controversy between,them Sam were the chosen one as he went on the mission he captured and kill the three gunmen at the Sunday catholic church, he rescue the church members as they praises him as a super hero. He later on gets a big reward by the president, Mr.Ricklison, as Sam becomes the top cop in the United States of America.
