Years after the events of Little Shop of Horrors, Audrey and Seymour finally settle down and have a child. Her name is Amelia. Amelia does exactly what she is told not to, and opens a flower shop in downtown Skid Row... before meeting the love of her life, Victor Scrivello, D.D.S.

In an attempt to comfort Nica, Tiffany Valentine goes to a small flower shop that she ran across called "Mushnik's Flower Shop" to get something for her. During her outing, she meets Orin Scrivello, leaving her in a bigger love triangle than before. Chaos also ensues whenever Chucky decides to team up with infamous Audrey II in order to gain information on Tiffany and to gain some power.
