Life started out great for Kim Yuna, a British/Korean, she had the perfect parents growing up, this all changed however at just 4 years old her parents agreed to divorce, leaving Yuna and her mother back in Britian, her father moving back to South Korea. They regularly visited South Korea during school breaks where Yuna had become friends with her fathers nieghbours son. Just one year after her divorce Yuna's mother remarried, only her new husband was abusive, both physically and sexually towards Yuna. She kept this secret even from her own mother but, at aged 11, not being able to keep it to herself any longer she broke down all her walls telling her mother everything. When her step-father found out that Yuna had confessed to his crimes, he brutally killed her mother.
