Auroraborealis Stories

Here's a short story/myth about how the Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis came to be. Please note that this story was quite old and was written in December 2018 for a class assignment. Storyline by me. Characters by me. Almost everything by me.

A Loki fanfic. With Asgard destroyed, Thor, Loki and the other survivors take refuge on Earth, relying on the humans goodwill and generosity to make new lives for themselves - though this is harder for Loki than it is for the others. Still volunteers from around the world make the trek to Norway to assist them, and one young woman might be particularly interesting. Set after events of Ragnarok but has nothing to do with Infinity war, this is just a result of my maladaptive day dreaming! I do not own any Marvel Characters or anything Marvel. The only characters I own are the ones I have made up. I will update as and when! The story of Aurora Borealis

Her fur so darkly brown that one couldn't tell where the forest ground ended and where her thick coat began. She'd been rogue all her life- 18 years of running and no end in sight. THEY wanted to catch her, THEY wanted her gone, and only THEY knew about her; she was the only one of her kind for years to come- the Moon Goddess only set out an anomaly like her when everything added up. The right attitude, the regality, the talent and - most importantly - the spirit. Such responsibilities- consider it a burden or a gift- only come together in one, powerful being- a female alpha. Meet Viridia- otherwise known as The Shadow Wolf; an unbelievably awkward, badass, brilliant and independent (gets extremely lonely being this independent) character. On the run since the age of 7, Viridia has grown up mostly on her own( not counting her loyal German Shepard, Bowser) and relied on her own abilities. In constant correspondence with the Moon Goddess, Viridia's aura of power has grown to reach many extremes- from being able to conceal her scent to being able to mind link any wolf in the world . Keeping a secret of such magnitude takes a large toll in terms of socialization - she can never stay in one place too long without bringing suspicion to herself. Fully aware of her true form, Viridia knows that running is the only option- any revelation could cost her a lifetime of confinement. The modern werewolf world has forgotten about female alphas, only THEY remember - and THEY will stop at nothing to end her. Fleeing from other rouges, pack capture attempts, THEM, and psychotic chickens- Join Viridia and Bowser in their unlikely journey through the vast forests of North America. Don't worry guys, as impossible as Viridia seems, she will find her mate. At this point, since she's capable of hiding her scent- she's been able to hide from her mate. Although he knows she's out there, he can never pinpoint where, or who she is.

In an unfamiliar place and less expected time, two hearts conspire with hope.

This is the one day she will never forget. She woke up surrounded by her family, her loved ones. She was with her parents, her siblings, and she was with her best friend Levi. But a mysterious earthquake changed all that and Aurora Borealis woke up alone. She was forgotten, and she is determined to find out what happened

Angelica Hernandez, on an adventure to see the Aurora Borealis in real life and Carter Blackwood, just wanting to escape from reality and his father's too high expectations. Together they encounter misfortunes, embarrassing stories, unexpected confessions and a whole lot of traveling on the way. But nevertheless, they found love and acceptance within each other, and that's what matters. But when Angelica and Carter are forced to go back to their homes and would be a million miles away from each other, would their feelings still remain? Or was it just the result of the fresh air and the magic of a billion twinkling stars above?
