The wire people are actually also known as reverse Cupid's. they are capable of cutting ones red string, which results in a lot of discrimination against them. where does the wire lead to if it's not a soulmate? your worst enemy. if a wire or string is cut the person changes, they get the opposite like one that used to have a string gets a wire and vise versa. Arthur Kirkland is one of those Reverse Cupid's and is hated for it. he has already found his enemy. Francis Bonnefoy, a bloody French git. His life has been pure hell already and wishes for a soulmate. Meanwhile Alfred F Jones has a string that doesn't go around, no it is just wrapped around his finger with no one on the end of the red string of love. Many ships are hinted in this too. Maybe having a few POV changes for them mhmm? cover art credits to the artist and I do not own hetalia or the characters. Only the story is mine.
