Austin grew up around drugs, the first time he smoked pot he was 9. He just assumed it was normal until his parents finally let him go to public school. Of course he couldn't tell anyone about what went on at his house. But who said anything about telling? There's more ways for someone to find things out. Alan has a father who is always doing drugs. He is very abusive verbally. He sometimes even gets physical, so he knows the signs of amost very drug. Alan soon realizes Austin has multiple drug addictions. Even though the boy is scared he stills trys to break Austin out of these habits while trying to raise his 7 year old sister Twylla which is just to much at times. ***Mostly in Alan's pov*** Cover: Me

Austin's old elemantary school best friend (Alan) comes back after a long time and they get in contact again (mostly from Austin's POV),

WIth a growing fan base of her own and Jack and Alex from All Time Low by her side, she makes fast friends with the boys of Of Mice & Men. Suddenly finding herself in a whirlwind romance with Austin Carlile, is the pressure too much for the pair to handle? This is certainly a summer she won't forget. The first "chapter" is a little teaser part from the story. Kind of a spoiler, but not really. Feel free to skip it if you'd like!

A young, high school age Austin Carlile is lonely and bullied. He has a small group of friends but feels like he's missing something. When Madison Haythe moves in next door he thinks she's beautiful. They bond at school and they become best friends. But something tears them apart and they may not make it.

But he had claimed that it wasn't his doing. Some did believe, but eventually, the bullying haven't stop. He had been building up walls around him and he was friendless. Not until Jack came around and offered him an unexpected friendship. He thought it was hilarious at first but Jack successfully managed to break down the walls that Alex have set up for himself. Now what would become of him? One day, they would wake up, living to the fact that everything have completely changed. Or was it totally destroyed. But what was it anyways? A beautiful catastrophe? " Hey sorry but I don't want a kid, I left your mother cause she told me she was having you, so yeah, bye." Austin said and walked away. " I want to adopt her." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Indigo is Austin Carlile's biological daughter. He didn't want her. Now she is Alan Ashby's adopted daughter. Thats not confusing, right?

*COMPLETED*BOOK 1* Alan knows how it feels to be bullied. He was the target of Ben and Danny for two years until he became friends with Aaron, Phil, and Tino. That's when things changed and now he's as average as it gets. Austin was the new kid this year. It's been an entire semester and he barely speaks, doesn't smile. He has no friends, and is 6 and a half feet tall with lanky limbs and a scary complexion. Around the school he has earned the title 'psycho'. What will happen when Alan decides to give this kid a chance? Will it work out, or will everything crash down around them both? Is any of it worth the trouble that follows?
