I was a student, he was an athlete. Together we were inseparable. The story of university sophomore, Brooks Eastwood and Toronto Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson. Brooks is a student who is wildly involved in her studies as an aspiring lawyer. Nick is the youngest leaf, who is dealing with the new upcoming season and pressure of being the next young stud on the roster. The two are able to help each other relax from the pressure their lives set on them. Although the two seem to relieve each others stress, their passions can sometimes get in the way of their relationship.

When the Leafs get eliminated from the playoffs, the team is devastated. But Auston can't blame you, but he will try.

"Carlin, it's like you don't care about us anymore! Like you don't love me anymore," his voice trailed off as I felt a sting in my heart. "I don't love you, Auston," I said softly as he nodded softly, his eyes filled with hurt. "I don't love you because instead, I'm madly in love with you. There is this huge difference between just loving someone and being so madly in love with someone where you consider quitting your job because you realize that it's coming between you and that better half of you," I cried as Auston just looked at me.

Jako malý jsem chtěl jezdit s rolbou, která upravuje led. Nakonec jsem začal hrát společně s mým dobrým kamarádem Jamiem hokej. Scottsdale je město v Arizoně, ze kterého pocházím. Nedaleko našeho domu je stadión, v němž hraje tým Bobcats. A v tom týmu se tvořil můj život.
