A Modern-Day retelling of 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' set on the Southern Railway line from Campbeltown to Canberra, Australia. When Louise and her wayward younger brother Benji find the mysterious ruin of a fireplace in a paddock in Bundanoon, NSW, the last thing they expect is to be separated and sucked back in time to the 1860s convict era of Australia. The Bunyip, the Beast and the Outlaw is a historical fantasy, combining Australian history, Aboriginal mythology and just a dash of the fey.

Sunday was ordinarily roast day in the Harold Herbert residence and the one scheduled day of the week he caught up with his only son. Unbeknownst to Harold Herbert, this particular Sunday was destined to be far from ordinary. It was to become the day Harold Herbert would play an unexpected role in exposing the Dry Gulch Bandits, with the help of some very dumb animals, a joint of meat and a not so ordinary chain of events.

THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL PART OF THE DIAMOND SPIRIT SERIES IT IS JUST A FAN-MADE CREATION BECAUSE I NEED ONE Ideally, this would be the sixth book in the famous Australian based series Diamond Spirit by Karen Wood. The series was an absolute favourite of mine as a child, pre-teen and even now as a nearly 17 year old. This book is purely a fan made creation by myself. I love the books and wanted the series to continue bad enough to continue it myself. The description may change as I go, but from here I believe that I will write this in the POV of Jess and it may change between her and Luke. DO NOT FEAR NO MAJOR CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO THE OVERALL STORY NOR TO THE SERIES BECAUSE OF THIS. CHARACTERS WILL BE INTRODUCED BUT NONE WILL DIE... maybe ; ) Cover Photo Credits: Riders - https://www.austockphoto.com.au/imgcache/uploads/photos/compressed/two-teenage-country-boys-riding-horses-in-paddock-austockphoto-000074728.jpg?v=1.3.0 Grass - https://images.fineartamerica.com/images/artworkimages/mediumlarge/1/dry-grass-with-hills-blue-sky-mike-fusaro.jpg

The usual word from the author: "Hand on heart - motor runnin' There she flies! Outback gunnin' A wicked grin, syringe and pen Gotcha! Ha! Pants down! Agen!" Once again I thank all those who assist me to immortalize some of the scallywags who make this a great country. I make no excuse for my frivolous attitude - It's an Aussie trait - 35 years of nursing has cemented my belief that laughter is the key to hereafter and I thank God for the ratbag geniuses who have struggled through the long drops with me - to save the bacon as best we can. There are none more 'werthy of me werks' than the 'ground crew' of the Air Borne Health Service - The Fund raisers! Good on You!
