Branzy has always liked Clownpeirce, in a way. He never admitted it to most people, he always says their relationship is only indentured servitude but most players on lifesteal have already pieced it together that it wasn't "just" that. When he realizes he had deeper feelings for the other man and that it could possibly be unrequited, something seems to start bubbling up in his chest. Not butterflies that usually make people giddy - no, it almost feels... suffocating. Note: Just to mention, I'll be making the disease seem more violent and gruesome compared to your typical hanahaki aus.
