New Rome has entered election season. Your candidate (your demigod) is present for the final round of debates. New Rome is as you know it, full of all our beloved demigods, now slightly older than when we last saw them canonically and the atmosphere is charged with wonder. Those if you may recall my first Games 'A Hero is Born!' Well, I was so enchanted I've come back for more! This is a second Authors Games competition (not connected to A Hero is Born) for those of you who want to duke it out in the writing rink once more! Please get friends to join! This is a parody of the hunger games, where the readers submit tributes and can sponsor some tributes. The contestants will also have to write short stories, as well as help narrate the games, to survive.

I decided since my old entries were just kind of sitting in my drive collecting dust, why not post them? It'd be nice to have them somewhere where I won't lose them, and I can easily direct people to them to read as a writing portfolio sorts. This is also the easiest way to keep tabs on how I'm improving. I'm only planning on posting entries after the game finished though, so no sneak peaks at any future entries here, sorry!

The title says it all. These are just the entries I used to compete in the Author's Games put on by jesusfreak202. They were a blast and I almost made it to the end, but I wan't good with being on a time constraint and slacked off a lot. I learned a lot from this and the other competition I was in with jesusfreak202. I hope you guys enjoy this if you read it. It's almost a book, it's just missing the connecting fluff. Enjoy!
