Miracles aren't supposed to fall into the hands of reckless alchemists... yet here he is. Much to Gwen's (a nickname given to her by her lifelong ladies maid when she couldn't pronounce her own name) surprise and delight, she finds herself stumbling through the wrong door. Or is it the right one? When she slips out of a party after her dress makes her skin itch like it's on fire and the music makes her brain feel like it's shrinking, she opens a mysterious door that leads her into an unknown land, seemingly in the future and teeming with magic.

This story follows Bridget, a girl tempted by curiosity to go into the mirror in the forest and ending up in another world.

"All can be found in the Ocean of Dreams." Felis, a young Cait Sith boy, has always lived on the island of Crisol. A shame, considering that in an entire ocean created by the very dreams of their Goddess, he's got to live on the one that's just a small fishing town. Other islands are said to have relics, magic, even their own rules and people like none he's ever seen. Unfortunately though, most of his adventures are tied to skipping school and roaming the marketplace, only pirates allowed to brave the waters beyond Crisol's shores. That is, until a bounty forces him to flee the orphange and stowaway on a pirate ship oceanbound. Grace, the captain, doesn't seem too pleased to have an unauthorized addition to her crew, but, so long as he agrees to help out and not cause too much trouble, she allows him to stay. But, the Goddess' ocean is far more dangerous than the legends make it out to be, and only more dangerous with enemies lurking at every turn. Each one claims he stole something from the Ocean he can't return, and each are set on taking his life. And even while Grace promises safety to everyone aboard her ship, as they continue to follow, world after world, he can only be left to wonder how many chances a cat truly gets at life.
