"You don't need to bleed for love to prove it exists." Ser Duncan the Tall x Marzena Duskvale A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms ⊹₊ ⋆.𖥔 ݁ ˖⋆.ೃ࿔*:･٠ ࣪⭑ ⊹₊ ⋆.𖥔 ݁ ˖⋆.ೃ࿔*:･٠ ࣪⭑ When Ser Duncan the Tall and his young squire, Aegon "Egg" Targaryen are rescued from a brutal storm in the Vale, finding themselves in a town nestled deep in the foothills of the Mountains of the Moon; they go in expecting the cruelties and gruesome nature of some of the others they have visited. However, they find themselves in the arms of Greybirch, an ancient township of First Men who do not answer to the Vale of the Arryns and barely look in the King's direction. The warmth found within it's hearths brought them in but the intrigue of one of the Youngest, and least known Great Bastard kept them there. Fiercely protected by her mother and her Baratheon adoptive father, she lives as the Mountains best kept secret. A secret the two would come to know quite closely as they worked off their stay's worth there. But the hearth's flames are not the only ones catching fire, fresh from the affair with Rohanne Webber, Duncan has to decide if he would pursue another so soon, much less a Great Bastard. The fog however can only hide what the trees see for so long.
