She represents push, where the tides out on the sea push away from each other. La. The ocean spirit. He represents pull, where the tides out on sea pull towards the land. Long ago there was the daughter of the ocean, master of water bending. It is said that once the past daughter of the moon has passed, a new one will rise. Water. Ice. Blood. Healing. All of these are the aspects of water bending. All of these are what the daughter of the moon shall be able to master. Why? For one reason only. To help keep the world in balance and restore peace between the spirit and the mortal world. It is said that the daughter of the moon will only be born to those of the ocean warriors, people who wield the power of the ocean itself with hard work and determination. Balance was at stake but- what if the avatar had other... priorities? What if chaos was the answer to the mess Avatar Korra left behind? Sequel to Fire & Rain: Book 1 As always, I wrote this for myself but you can read it, too, if you'd like. Y/N is a water bender who was born on board a fire navy ship holding Southern Water Tribe captives, she was left in a Fire Nation orphanage and was eventually adopted by Fire Nation nobles. After journeying across the world, chasing the avatar with Prince Zuko, she left him behind to return to her nation until she realised that she made a mistake and rushed back to his side, only to find him limp on the ground beside Katara. Now they've been reunited and the war is over, things should be more relaxed, but little do they know, they have so much more adventure to come.

The story of the one and only avatar wasn't completely accurate. To be probably be balanced, there are four avatars. One per nation. Two boys, two girls. Three avatars left. Four friends found over and over throughout their lives. But the story got lost after the war started, the stories of multiple avatars became a fool's story. But as Aang gets closer and closer to returning to the world, the spirit energy used to keep him alive is returned to the others. Compelteish but might add to it, open to suggestions!
