The Avatar has always been there to help stop the Fire Rebels; a powerful force that threatens to overthrow the Fire Nation. But ever since Avatar Korra died, the Rebels have grown in size and strength. The White Lotus has been looking frantically for the next Avatar, but found nothing. It has been 10 years and the Avatar has still not arisen, leaving the rest of the world in chaos. Many people believe that Raava's spirit was too weak to reincarnate. There he finds a blind woman sand bending and surely enough he might have found the next avatar. Master San introduces himself to the woman and tells her that she is the next avatar and that she must master all four elements to defeat Sakami.
