The Fire Nation has become invincible. During the reigns of Fire Lords Sozin and Azulon, the airbending, waterbending, and earthbending Avatars of the Avatar Cycle have been killed. With a Fire Nation Avatar on the way, Prince Ozai has plans of overthrowing his brother and father to become the next Fire Lord and use the firebending Avatar to conquer the entire world. Everything changes when the new Avatar turns out to be Ozai's biggest disappointment: his own son. DISCLAIMER: I am not the first person to write an "Avatar Zuko" type of fanfic, but the story, plot, original characters, and "new" world are created by me and are entirely my own creations (other than the pre-existing Avatar concepts, of course.) That's why her friend Gopan and her sneak out at night and take what they need from those too wealthy to know what to do with it. The story of the one and only avatar wasn't completely accurate. To be probably be balanced, there are four avatars. One per nation. Two boys, two girls. Three avatars left. Four friends found over and over throughout their lives. But the story got lost after the war started, the stories of multiple avatars became a fool's story. But as Aang gets closer and closer to returning to the world, the spirit energy used to keep him alive is returned to the others. Compelteish but might add to it, open to suggestions!

The newly banished Prince Zuko is on a mission to capture the avatar and regain his honor. Alongside him is his Uncle Iroh and his right hand man, (Y/n)...as well as some semi-loyal crew-mates. For Zuko's journey, Iroh decided to stick by Zuko's side in order to protect him and to guide him... whereas (Y/n)?
