Nadia Elrad is the Ave Maria. One of the five Chosens of Selene the moon goddess. She has been granted powers of the sea from both Selene and Poseidon, but those powers can't save her from being forced into a marriage by Raul Lavir, the Ave Mortis. He is the child of death and has captured her Guardians(her adoptive parents) and has threatened to kill her entire pack if she denies him.
