As the crown prince of the Empire of Quelen, people were never kind to him unless they wanted something. People were either sycophantic damn near to the point of insulting, or as rude as possible while leaving room for plausible deniability. They hated or loved him for the crown, he was not a living being as far as they were concerned. That is what he believed until Avery waltzed right into his life and sat down and refused to leave, not that he wanted him to leave. Why would he want the only one to make the world seem bearable leave?

Long ago, the world was thrust into chaos by the emergence of the Primals, beings with power akin to the gods, as they sought to reap nothing but destruction in their own rampage. He missed the Garrisons. Being able to serve in the military brought out something he had never been able to see in himself until then, and he was grateful for that. He missed being able to sit back and enjoy the sunset. Heck, he even missed those times when Keith would drag him down into another one of his useless arguments and they would spend hours yelling at each other over remotely nothing. He missed all of it. How was he supposed to know that all of those things would vanish in the blink of an eye? WAS RANKED #1 IN SHALLURA!!! WAS RANKED #3 IN FLOATINGISLANDS!!!

When "The War of Reality" (a long and cruel civil war between the humans and the supernatural) finally ends, It has killed out a large majority of the supernaturals.
