Awake Stories

This is a book of my poetry. I plan on adding a lot to it. I may even add more poetry than stories even. I'm actually adding ALL of my poems to it, but I will post my poems individually at first for a couple of days before I add it to this story group. I write quite a bit of dark poetry, but I also write poetry with a lot of eccentricity. Either way, my poems really define me, probably even more than my stories do.

The things that keep me a wake at night, a short story, or one shot, about fear, anxiety, and more.

"Why to you take so many pictures of me?" He asked as he backed me up into the corner. "It's my job Jin" I replied, the Sweat beads forming on my face. " You seem to enjoy taking my picture more than the others" him now inches away from me. I sigh "you're just picture perfect." (Please don't hate...)

"No. No! Stop it. I can't do it!" "Oh, come on." he kissed me convincingly on the cheek. Jin and Lina, the two lovers, have turned many pages in their little chapter-book. However, something's about to happen that will change the course of both of their lives forever. Both individually, as well as together. Will Lina be able to stay awake and alert of the challenges that lay ahead? What about Jin? I think the title says it all. Sleepless nights lead to things like this

Love is for now but in the future is love enough?

This is a fan fiction based off of the movie "Awake" starring Hayden Christensen as Clay and Jessica Alba as Sam. ***I strongly suggest watching the movie "Awake" before reading this. This is what I feel would have made a great sequel to the movie.*** If Clay Beresford had ever been alone in his life, it was at this exact moment. His friends betrayed him, they tried to kill him for money. Luckily, he survived and has to learn to live again, how to trust again, how to love again all while dealing with the serious legal case against those "friends".

There once was a girl name Autumn Leaf Falls. She talked to her dead brother in windows and had a werewolf boyfriend. She was cursed by an evil vampire and her best friend turned out to be someone no one had expected her to be. This story is about the life of a young girl who accidentally stumbles in to a wolf pack. She falls in-love and a war breaks lose. Who will live, who will die? But most importantly, who will stay the same?

"Looking behind him, I saw the gray streets go by. It was all distorted by the raindrops which kept darting across, dashing by, faster and faster." A group of characters wake up in a New reality with new identities everyday. Their memories change with each, with their past fading away. Trapped in this dream world, a few seek escape, but most lay in comfort.

A teenage girl, shakes and tribbles while the tunnel is dark and not light. Her fears and nightmares consume her in the dark and the light is no where to be found only while she's awake. What will shine for her though when it comes to the future the dark or the light?
