Within these pages are awards that have been active within the past six months, organized alphabetically, with dates of entry deadlines, judging windows, expected results announcements, and latest updates from the organizers. The Ever Generating Story Awards (TEGSA) is a musical prompt writing contest, held yearly from July 1st to August 31st. All contestants must write a continuous story, with each chapter containing the title, songwriter/singer, or meaning of the song assigned to that specific chapter. This isn't another one of those sob stories you hear about when your mom sends you a screenshot of an article she found on the New York Times website. It's also not one of those clichés you read about the desirable boy and the perfect girl who fall in love and live happily ever after. Well, I guess half of that is true, because it's kind of a sob story and it's also just a little bit cliché. I'm Morgan DeAngelis, a freak with a terminal lung disease and a seventeen year lifespan. I never said I was perfect. Sure, being told you have one year to live is hard. It's what you decide to do in that year that's even harder. Some people travel the world, some people blow all their cash do whatever the hell they want, some people mope about it the whole time, and some people probably end it early, and take their lives before their time is up. As sad as it may seem, that's what I wanted to do, but I didn't, and I can say that my life changed drastically, for the better... I think... Anyway, here's my story, read it if you want, or don't. I really don't care. But, fair warning, if you do decide to dalve into the rollercoaster of emotions I call a story, you should know that it's a very long journey. To be precise, a journey that lasts a lifetime.

You, a 15 year old girl is moving out of Georgia after living there your whole life. After your dad passed away, your mom snapped out of her depression and decided to work. You move to Tulsa, Oklahoma with your mom and your 18 year old brother. You knew your life was going to change traumatically, but does it really ? You met a boy, Johnny Cade. You could relate to his situations on a high level. Your hearts ached for each other after going through some tough things with eachother. He helped you through a lot & you helped him. You were always there for him & he was always there flr you. Love .. <3 ps: I don't own the outsiders ‼️

To keep myself from losing track of: all the 2025 contests I've entered, all the 2025 contests I've volunteered myself as a judge (or let myself be volun-told into judging), all the 2025 books I've had to read as a contestant or as a judge, all the 2025 deadlines, and all the other important stuff, here is a book that registers all these 2025 things in a somewhat organized fashion. With occasional commentary. Nota bene: Although other people are welcome to browse my public contest logs and look for contests, look for information about details of contests (i.e. you want me to pour you some tea), etc, these contest logs are primarily for my own use. I enter so many contests that I can't keep track of them without a log. I forget important details, too, including things like "Note to self: You do not get along with this contest host, best not participate in their contests." Like my 2024 contest log, this was never meant to be an "expose" book. I'm not exposing anybody. Contests are matters of public record, as are any comments made in the contest books. I'm just a ditz who needs a written log to keep track of everything. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my shoulders.
