"Fragmented" is a poetry book that dives deep into the traumas and metal health struggles of the author. It was made with the intend to spread mental health awareness as well as let people know they aren't alone. This book specifically highlights struggles with perfectionism, depression, Eating disorders, abandonment, and heartbreak. Many people are affected by mental health and although you may not be able to see the pain like physical marks like cuts or bruises; it is still something that drastically affects people everywhere. With that said I hope this book helps someone out there.

A grieving teenager, Rafe Sinclair, had gone through his older sister's room, hoping to find a valuable object of hers. Something he could find comfort in whenever he missed his best friend. With nothing found, he made its way back to his room, till he came upon a notebook, half covered from the pile of clothes on it. --- Chelsea Sinclair was a typical 17 year old girl, she was the textbook of perfection.. or at least, that was what everyone thought. Nobody saw the silent battles she was facing, she was skilled at hiding it. Now, for her final year of high school, she had decided to get a notebook to make every event memorable later in the future, both the good and the bad ones. Though, who said the memories would be for her to relive? Cassian Huxley was treated differently from every other student at the high school, he was seen as the 'Bad boy'. No one dared speak to him, scared they would end up with several broken bones by the end of It. He had endured a rough childhood which made him turn this way, he hadn't asked for that, not really. He had been on medication his whole life, his mother trying to keep him as stable as possible. But who said they actually worked?

🍂 🍂 🍂 🍂 🍂 🍂 🍂 AUGUST HUXLEY was the type of person to never care about himself, only others. He lived a quiet life since no one bothered to know him, his only friends being his sister, her boyfriend, and their childhood best friend. August is going through his eleventh grade year and is slowly falling apart as the grades eat him alive and his mental health depletes, and it doesn't help when you have a jock who's favorite past time is beating you up. August would much rather not complain about what's going on since his sister already has so much on her plate, but so does he. In all honesty, August would rather be.... dead. NOLAN LEDGER is the son of world-renowned actors and was forced into acting at the ripe age of one. Being famous was all he ever knew, he didn't get to live the normal teenager life of going to in-person school or hanging out with friends, maybe even diving into the parents liquor cabinets when they were away, but then again how could you when you're watched like a hawk by not only your parents but the press? One wrong move and your whole career is destroyed. All Nolan ever wanted was to live a normal life like other seventeen year olds, but he knows that he could have it worse. But sometimes he wishes the worst would be his case because in his mind.... acting was slowly chipping away at his happiness if he ever had genuine happiness. When the two meet in an unexpected way the hope of a friend drew them in but the two would be thrown for a loop when what they thought was a love that friends shared turned into something a litte more.... romantic. With careers on the line and a depleting mental health, will the two boys get the love they've craved from that special someone for so long or will one of them be taking that longing to the grave? 🍂 🍂 🍂 🍂 🍂 🍂 🍂

"Please don't leave, at least not tonight." "I won't. I won't leave, Ave." He leaned back from the hug slightly, trying to give her a small, hopeful smile. He knew it didn't reach his eyes, and she did too. She couldn't blame him for it. "I'm so scared." "What are you scared of?" "I don't want this to happen again. I don't want to be like that again." Character List: Main Characters: Elara Wynters - Quiet, Artistic, and overwhelmed by social anxiety. She's learning to navigate her way through panic episodes, friendship pressure, and her own self-acceptance. Her life drives the story. Cael Arden - 17. A thoughtful, observant, obnoxiously annoying to Elara, although he's closed off about attending therapy himself. His presence can be exhausting to Elara, but the faintest softness in his glare often helps her grow more confident. Supporting Characters: Mira Solayne - 16. Elara's best friend since early childhood. Colourful personality, impulsive, and deeply loyal. She struggles with her slight feelings of being "left behind" and learns to communicate in healthier ways. Rowan Hale - 17. An outward student leader who, in the past, tried and failed at running the school wellness club. Warm, motivational, social, and surprisingly goofy outside of meetings in the drowning wellness club. Acts as an emotional guide for everyone, everyone except Mira Solayne, although that may be for more reasons than one. Serin Dovelle - 16. A soft-spoken classmate who shares notes with Elara and becomes an unexpected safe space. Deals with quiet depression, adding some depth to their friendship. Eryn Calder - 16. An abandoned outcast from the rest of the group of friends. Socially awkward but unknowingly very sweet-offers unexpected grounding moments of kindness and care. Challenge-Based Characters: Darin Kess - 16. Elara's ex-boyfriend. Not exactly mean, just emotionally clueless and inconsistent, representing the unhealthy patterns Elara is trying to inch away from. Vera Mael - 17. A demanding, perfectionist teacher's pet who pushes Elara too hard. Not to mention her "popular girl" friend group, the occasional bullying of Elara on the side of the classroom tension. Eventually becomes a core catalyst for Elara to stand up for her pride.

In a world that often ignores the depth of feeling, Voices I Can't Ignore takes you inside the mind of someone hyper-aware, deeply sensitive, and carrying a lifetime of unspoken truths. From the church line to the quiet corners of daily life, Alex navigates the tension between visibility and invisibility, the weight of family, loss, and dreams, and the vigilance that keeps them grounded. This story is raw, unfiltered, and intimate-a portrait of living fully aware in a world that rarely notices. Through poems banned online, whispered thoughts, and quiet observations, Alex confronts the storms within while grounding themselves in small, intentional acts of survival. Experience the pulse of anxiety, the clarity of insight, and the strength it takes to claim your voice, even when the world doesn't want to listen. Every line is a reflection of courage, a meditation on awareness, and a testament to the power of honoring your own truth.

{Updates: Tuesdays, Fridays, and whenever else I feel like it} As someone with depression and anxiety (I'm being open about this for the sake of hopefully helping others), I understand what it's like to feel worthless and definitely know what it's like to want to kill yourself. But please, please, please don't. It may not seem like it right now, but I promise, you have so much to live for. And that's what this book is about. All I'm going to do here is list as many things to live for as I can. Big or small, there are things that make life matter. Note: Many of these I come up with myself, but some are taken from other sources. My PMs are always open if you're having a hard time. If you are in immediate danger of killing yourself, please call 911 or whatever the emergency number is for where you live. The US suicide hotline number is 1-800-273-8255. The US crisis textline is 741-741. I've only listed the US numbers because that's where I live, but numbers and resources for other countries are very easy to find via Google. #1 in Reasons To Live - 6/21/20 #8 in Suicide Prevention - 11/24/18 #47 in Suicide Awareness - 5/21/20

***Sequel to Beyond Average*** SPOILER ALERT IF YOU DID NOT FINISH BEYOND AVERAGE™!!!! ©2017 [Image Description of cover: blue and green striped background with the title that reads: Aly-Oops!] Hi😎🤓 Yes. The rumors are true, there is a Beyond Average sequel. But. There's a bit of a twist... . . . This isn't Asher Westman talking right now. This is ALY ROTH!!!😍😍 So I'm about to move to Philadelphia and I honestly don't have much of a clue as to what I'm doing here!! In case you forgot, I'm from Ohio!! That's all the waaaay way west of Pennsylvania and Philly is all the way east. (I'm nerdy, I had to throw in some geography!) So I have an entire summer to figure out what my new life will be like. At least I'll have cute little Asher here to help me learn the ropes. One summer. One amazing basketball boyfriend. Tons of amazing memories Or at least that's what I was expecting. I used to think that jocky boys were always finding themselves in trouble. And I'm thinking that Ash may not be an exception. With the way some things are heading, I'm just hoping Asher's big Alleyoop doesn't turn into one of my giant Aly-Oops!
