Sydney doesn't like going to California to visit her aunt. She would rather stay in her cozy home in Phoenix than have to go live in the small one-bedroom apartment located in Manhattan Beach with her dad's weird sister. But this summer would be different. Sydney's aunt, becoming skeptical that she hasn't made a single friend in the 10 years she has come to visit her, decides to instead send her to summer camp. Great. Now, instead of being crammed in a tiny apartment with just her aunt, Sydney must now try to survive being crammed in an even smaller cabin with 11 girls. To getting bullied all though out school and still being bullied. When summer moves away from the one place she knows best. A 16 year old girl runs away after being in a abusive household for 13 years, She procrastinated about leaving all because of a guy she wanted to talk to but never got the guts to. she says to herself that she will end up talking to him, but it's been 8 years and no words. Now she's on a struggle of leaving, staying, or calling out for help.

They hang up papers all over town and Ellie one day comes nearby town and finds a torn paper of her being reported as missing. She reacts instantaneously and keeps hidden away from other people aware of this situation. Will Ellie survive all on her own? Will she be able to keep hidden away from her parents? Will she even maybe find a place far away from town and start a new life? ( Credit to my best friend for helping me out with the plot! )
