Cameo is an 18 year old living on her own and exploring life. She's usually a lucky, outgoing girl, until she meets the guy of her dreams, in the least likely place, Alex. They grow to have a strange friendship that even itself, has bumps in the road. They spring to an epic romance that comes with a lot more hate and emotional pain than what you hear normally. They have anything but a normal relationship. Alex is 22 years old, touring, and tries to make ends meet, but will everyone want ends to meet? Who gets left picking up every and all pieces after? A collection of my poems written in worship of God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ throughout my childhood and into my teen and adult years. Compiled as I found them in my many, many journals; no particular order to the poems.

My name is Maxlina everyone calls me Max I unlike most Shadowhunters I have long blonde hair that is by far curly which I get compliments quite often. (Just Saying) One of my other best features are my piercing blue eyes that help in lots of scenarios rather it be killing demons or hmmm kissing my man...the eyes really do the work. Any who .. Now that you know who I am let me just say when it comes being in a relationship with Alec it has its moments.Speaking of right now as we speak... Alec and I are on a mission with only the two of us the others are dealing with a lot right now. (Go figures) Alec and I are at NightOwls a new club in town we had to split up to find the damn demon who interrupted our "work out" session. How these mudanes can be so stupid sorry. I mean soo oblivious to what's going around them.. This place is so huge got to say, I wonder if Alec has found the demon and then maybe finally we can have our "work session" back on. I swear I am usually on my toes while hunting but Alec keeps popping into my mind...Damnnn I start realizing somethings different about the club yes people are dancing [fist pumping in the air] but my senses are on full alert more than ever ...When I sense black mist leaking out on to the dance floor ..from what looks like it's coming from the back ... Shit... That only means one thing I need to put a speed rune and a stronger protector rune on... Start running full speed when I meet the exit door that has the black mist source behind.. As I prepare myself for what to expect when I open the door.. I am shocked surprisingly as to what I see. Holy Shit!

A short story about the time shared between a couple on a tinder date

This is a collection of poems I wrote about struggling through this unjust and unequal world and about holding on to something resembling hope.

Because sometimes you just gotta get yourself together by writing down all your internal word vomiting as bad poetry. Trigger Warning for vague discussion of mental illness, physical illness, suicidal thoughts, and grief. I'm not sure what else to mention, but consider yourself warned.

She sat down on the floor. Knees drawn to her chest, hands pulling at her hair. She couldn't take it anymore. She ripped out a bunch of her hair and laughed at the pain it brought her. Nothing could be compared to the pain she already felt. She couldn't describe what she felt. Even after killing her tormentor the pain still wouldn't go away. The joy she felt when stabbing Alison was the ultimate feeling. She couldn't stop laughing, as she continued to stab Alison over and over again, but even that high cleared. She smiled as she remembered the memory. It was the best she'd have for a long time. She stood up and threw the ripped hair in the bin. Even though she still had those melancholy dark feelings in the depths of her, killing Alison had chipped away some of it. But no matter how bad felt, no matter how low she went, or how far broken she was, she'd still rise up. Somehow gravity didn't apply to her. And she wouldn't let it. *Elizabeth Lynnwood was the most normal teenager in the world until the universe suddenly decided to turn things around. She had the perfect family, the perfect grades and the perfect life. And out of nowhere they all simultaneously started to crumble. First was the death of her parents. A car accident. Of course. Being an only child, she had no one left, apart from her relatives on the other side of the country and the one drunk of an uncle in the next neighborhood. No one wanted her. Uncle Kennedy took her in, not by choice. Life took a very bad turn for her and highschool made it so much worse. Highschool they say are the best days of your life. Bullshit. Highschool had turned her into the monster she was now.

To say life is brutal is an understatement. Certainly, life does have its ups and downs but I didn't realize that on this rollercoaster would I end up meeting someone who would keep my heart for a lifetime. ___________________________________________________ Aspiring screen-writer Embry Hart is your typical grinch- Well no she's not green but she's the black cat in every romance novel who's vulgar but has a soft side to her. On the flip side we have aspiring author Griffin Elsher -the golden retriever boy who consistently behaves goofily with his upbeat personality.
