Not long ago, a dear friend from a poetry community told me he had begun experimenting with erotica. He spoke of the pleasure in exploring unfamiliar creative ground and suggested that I try my hand at it too. I was intrigued. In all my years of writing, I had never once considered the genre. Yet I knew I had no interest in relying upon its usual vocabulary, nor in writing romance devoid of meaning. I do not dream of brothels or half-lucid one-night flings. I dream of building temples dressed in awkward moments-with room for imperfect bodies, imperfect people, and mistakes that need not be followed by unnecessary consequences. This series may have begun from the desire to explore sexual themes, but it has become far more than I ever imagined. -ourun

This is a written version of the tv show Love Island, with some tweaks and stuff to make it more believable. It is told completely from the pov of one character, and it is written as thoughts in their head, which is why the style is a little unconventional. I know parts of it are silly, and I know I've made some continuity mistakes, however I am trying to push through this as fast as I can with as little editing as possible, because of the thoughts process mentioned above. Criticism is welcome, please don't hold back (within reason), and I hope you enjoy. (Adding chapter titles only after chapter 67 was done because I never thought I could actually make good ones)
