I yelp, running into Travis's back and wrapping my arms around him, "What was that?! Did you hear that?! I know I wasn't the only one who heard that!!" We stop, and Travis sighs softly. He turns around laughing, and I let him go. My cheeks flush, realizing I just hugged this man. Nervously, I mumble, playing with my fingers, "Sorry!! I didn't mean to do that! I was just really friggin scared!! It's dark outside and I hate the dark, I start seeing all sorts of shit!!! Like shadows and other creepy stuff!!! Sorry again-" Interrupting me, Travis grabs my hands and pulls me into his chest. My cheeks flush at the notion, my heart throbbing.
