Apparently knowing when she would be after you, as you'd hear her humming a famous lullaby, and it'd get louder, and louder, and louder. Many were lead to believe that these were just rumours, maybe not everything about the legend is correct, but there is definitely something inside of the Red Forest that doesn't want you to enter. She always wanted a little girl of her own, and she thought using the mask would calm them down, tying them to the wall would keep them safe, but every time the little girls perished, she plunged more and more into darkness.
