The Underground...once the home of the race of Monsters, now having turned into an infectious wasteland of starving-infected beasts, with the monsters horribly twisted and turned by the disease known only as the Hunger. A human...who had once given them hope, had passed away, and the Monsters lost that hope, and believes that the place that they are in, the fate that they are subjected to, will forever be the fate, the life, that they will be forced to live in, with little monsters in the Ruins, some monsters in Snowdin and Hotland, a war zone in New Home...and in Waterfall...the creature, a thousand-eyed fiend, who had started the Hunger. But what happens when 2 people...a couple of 15 year old teenagers...decide to come down to the underground, and one of them...discovers what really happened to it?

After finding an old pocket watch inside their grandparents' attic, Leslie, a 13-year-old teen, decided to keep it due to their habit of collecting anything they deem fascinating (which can be anything in their case). However, during a blackout which was caused by a heavy thunderstorm, they slipped unintentionally into a multiverse of a video game that is known as UnderTale. While traveling through the multiverse with the goal to return home, they encounter friend/allies, frenemies, and foes. ... Though they never thought that they would be accompanied by a chaotic neutral parasite who is a 90's nightmare, a psychotic yet very affectionate goat mom, a messed up yet friendly glitchy skeleton, and a laidback chocoholic. This will be either quite FUN or everyone is flat out screwed. Heh... Maybe both. [UnderTale belongs to Toby Fox]. [Any AU with it's characters that is in this story belongs to their rightful owners]. [This story and it's OCs belong to me].

(Ties directly into the stories of AxeTale: The Full Story and AxeTale: The Untold Story) (Same Notes I gave there btw, all credit to BananaFrappe, etc.) Story dedicated to telling extended lore and scenes not shown in the original stories, these can take place anywhere in the story, from the start of Untold to the end of Full, near the start of each chapter I'll state around the time this short happens and takes place- So prepare to return to The Underground, and experience its Hunger once again....

"My Dearest Uncle....Have you met him? No? Yes? Heard of him perhaps. You must've heard of him indeed. The most powerful monster in snowdin." The brunette rattled on, folding her hands behind her back. The large figure behind her letting out a low rumble, one that brought vibrations to anyone's spine. It's eyes glow, a bright crimson red, a red that can make any small monster screech and run at first glance.Not that it didn't matter, that small monster was going to die at the young humans hands. An inert blaster skull covering it's actual face, that skull made no difference because there was an actual skull under it. The skeletal monster was tall indeed, towering over the human girl and the unlucky viewer. The large axe in its abnormally long hands, the blade still sharp after the amount kills it holds. Bits of dried blood still on it, but it does nothing to keep its shine dull. She turned around and faced the blade, checking her face. Her braids falling into view, but she brushed it away. Fixing the bit of gloss she had on her lips, made from the blood of a monster. Her eyes shining as bright as the red the larger and scarier monster had, turning back to the unlucky viewer. "That is my uncle! And We would like to give you a very warm welcome to Snowdin."

Axetale Sans is transported into the earlier undergroundmby unknown means in Frisks place and has to decide to trust or kill to survive, the Hunger ever steadily gnawing at his bones.
