Sixteen year-old high school student Kaneki Ken is slowly falling in love with the mysterious but beautiful Ayato Kirishima. Not knowing if these feelings are shared, Kaneki finds himself questioning whether or not he truly loves Ayato. Stuck in between the two, Kaneki constantly questions whether or not he should love this boy, and is overcome with feelings for him. Trapped in the midst of his feelings, Kaneki makes one of the greatest decisions he has ever been faced with.

Kaneki becomes a dad to Ayato who is 2-3 years old.
