Lucy Heartfilia and Yukino Aguria are best friends. They have many things in common, like their taste for clothes and food, their love of stars and singing, the fact that they both love the color blue. But one of the most important things is their love for a band. A band called 'Dragon Slayers'. It consists of 7 people; 6 boys and 1 girl. And within that band, these two girls have a crush on two different people. They fangirl about it all the time.

Three important things passed through my mind as thoughts but soon turned into tasks. My first thought was, if I was to save my friend's lives, I was going to risk mine. Secondly, I had to win this race, and finally, I was going to kill the man who had killed my father. Annabelle Phoenix Ayers is in for the ride of her life- literally. After being harassed until she finally snapped and committed a brutal murder, she is sent to a privately owned anger management facility called Broken Ashes. This place is not for the faint of heart. The rules in this place are strict and similar to those of a prison; and the people are just as cruel. As if that wasn't enough, chosen students there must participate in a life threatening two-day race in an attempt to escape or be held at the facility until their full term has ended. Annabelle's glamorous life in the world of auto mechanics and racing has put her team at a definite advantage, and it seems there is no doubt they will be released from this hellhole. Until she meets Blaze Pyerre, a sexy mechanic on her appointed team. Their romance when revealed puts a dent in their plans of victory; and when Annabelle's past comes back with Vengeance, her life, -and the life of her friends, -could end before the race even begins.
