Ayumi and Yoshiki were having a terrible fight, when Yoshiki is caught in an unfortunate accident and gets severely injured. He falls into a coma where, in his own mind, he's trapped back in heavenly host, with Yuki as the new Sachiko. He must find a way out, for if he dies in heavenly host, he dies in real life. Back in the real world, Ayumi must find a way to get Yoshiki back. With the help of Miki, Yoshiki's younger sister, they travel back to the place where it all started. Will Yoshiki make it out alive? Will Ayumi's feelings for him change? Can Yoshiki keep his sanity though Yuki's torturing?

Seiko wakes up in a girl's bathroom, without any clue where she is and why she's there. When she looks in a bathroom stall, she remembers everything. Watch as her and the others that died's destinies unfold as Ayumi and Naomi work things out in the real world. And speaking of Ayumi, who's this blonde boy that haunts her dreams and everyday thoughts? Read to find out. (Mixes the anime and the game. Naomi and Ayumi are the only ones that survived)
