One of the last of her kind, Nixie, is ruthlessly hunted by orcs, goblins and dark forces alike - fearing for her life, she goes into hiding for many years. Eventually, united by fate a certain Grey Wizard found her, timid and completely isolated from the world. Gandalf the Grey could not believe his eyes at his luck - he had found a water nymph; a creature that would be useful on the Quest to reclaim the Lonely Mountain, the last remaining, mighty dwarf kingdom of Erebor. Nixie, however - is not completely convinced at the start. But, then she reluctantly joins the Company of Thorin Oakenshield, a prince without a crown she had heard many stories about - the dwarf lord that had killed the pale orc: Azog the Defiler. As the journey begins, Nixie plays a much larger part in the story than Gandalf had expected - as well as capturing the heart of a King without a crown, nor a Kingdom. Honoria Took is Bilbo Baggins little cousin. She is the first half Hobbit, half Elf to ever step foot in the Shire. She was adopted by Belladonna Took and Bungo Baggins after her mother mysteriously died in a lake, when she was only eight years old. What will happen when a group of Dwarves show up at there home with a purpose. Will this be an adventure she won't want to miss?

Three men go to Sherlock and John for help, for they are being hunted. Upon meeting these men, John feels a connection, as though they've met before. It's all quite unexpected, and John Watson finds himself doing and saying things altogether, unexpected.

Bilbo Baggins has his niece, Primrose Baggins, living with him while her mother is currently in labor with her younger brother, Frodo Baggins, including for a few months after Frodo is born. Thorin and co. came in the first week Primrose was staying. Frodo doesn't really have any siblings in his family and he probably hasn't been born yet in the events of The Hobbit. So I gave Frodo an older sister who is 7 years older than Frodo. (Also, this is based mostly off of the movies.) DISCLAIMER: Practically all the characters are J.R.R. Tolkein's or Peter Jackson's. The Lonely Mountain has finally been reclaimed, but the people of Lake-Town suffered at the flames of the dragon. (Y/n) and Kili's relationships is growing stronger by the minute, but with the looming possibility of a battle for Erebor, the hobbit can't help but worry for the future of the company. Valadhiel is not only the daughter of dragons, but she is also part elf, and she is capable of skin-changing, despite the fact that both of her parents were dragons. The redhead has had a rough past, but she chooses to be as joyful as she can manage. Sometimes she cannot help the depressed and lonely feelings she gets, but she is often rather cheerful- despite having a temper- and she chooses to keep herself busy by helping others, as well as serving those who cannot fight for themselves. One day, Gandalf finds her in the Barrow-Downs, working on a quest she accepted from one of the women in the town of Bree. He asks her to join Thorin, Son of Thrain, Son of Thror, on a mission to reclaim the the Lonely Mountain from the dragon, Smaug. After thinking on it, she agrees to go along with him, despite the fact she desperately doesn't want the dwarves to find out who she really is. After all, would any dwarf ever accept a dragon? Join Valadhiel on this journey through Middle-Earth as she begins to make unexpected friendships, meets an unknown relative, and becomes part of an unlikely relationship.
