She is having feelings she doesn't know the meaning to, feelings that she doesn't think she should be having. Those feelings are directed to one person: Ty Lee. Chapter 2 - Mai knows something is up. Her two friends are acting weird around each other, and she's gonna find out why. Chapter 3 - Ty Lee feels like Azula isn't as ok as she pretends to be. After all, her brother had just become a traitor. And, even if she didn't want to (or at least said she didn't), Ty Lee was going to be there for her.

It was decades before Azula really had any real moments of peace. Whether it be from her own mind playing its usual tricks or from being hunted by the four nations. But time is an ally to no one, her hair whitened, her mind stilled, strength withered. In the end an equally old Zuko had finally found her. This is how our story begins.

A TyZula fanfic set five years after the events of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Ty Lee, now a Kyoshi Warrior, recruits her friend the former Fire Nation Princess Azula to aid her in a mission.
