Her father passed away when she was very young and her mother is always very busy with her join as a fashion designer where Azumi is her best little model. After transferring to Ouran, Azumi runs into the Host Club members at Ouran of both boys and girls where the Host Club is supposed to entertain the ladies, but what'll happen when Azumi has to impress the guys there instead of the ladies? And what will happen when Tamaki takes an interest in the city girl from the palms?
