Dana is the Personal Assistant to the last heir of the McLaughlin family and she has done everything for him, almost. Moving from America to Scotland was more for research for a book but when her money got low she was offered a job with Duncan McLaughlin to try and keep him on the right track to keep his historical castle home up and running for visitors, she accepted right away. What she didn't think she would be doing was helping take care of a 33 year old man who still did one night stands. Needless to say she got tired quickly was an understatment. However when new circumstances come to light making Duncan lose his memory when he wakes up he thinks that Dana isn't his personal assistant but his WIFE! Can she play along until his memory comes back or will her true feelings for him make her want him to love her for real?

The story of the daughter of the chairman of the Galaxy Council. She hates the responsibility that comes with her position as daughter of the biggest collection of systems in the Galaxy. She constantly is trying to find a way to leave her problems behind. So when she gets a chance at a student exchange program, she takes it! Unfortunately, the exchange program is taking place with the Barin Empire, a government that the Galaxy Council has been at war with up until recently. The Barin Empire is extremely war like, and are seen as brutal savages to the people of the Galaxy Council. Still, going to the Imperial home world of Barin, means that she can leave her problems behind. But, just because she left her problems from home, doesn't mean new ones can't find her!
