|| A SANDLOT STORY || (you are 13-14 years old btw) San Fernando Valley, a small town smack in the center of California, summer of 1962. The kind of place where the sun didn't just shine, it lingered, stretching the days long and golden until everything felt dipped in honey. Lawns buzzed with sprinklers, radios hummed from open windows, and somewhere, always, you could hear the crack of a baseball bat echoing through the streets. But even in a place that looked this calm, there were lines drawn as clear as chalk on pavement... On one side, you had the Cherries and the Cake-Eaters. The rich. 'Cherries' was what people called you girls, though never to your faces. It was the polished shoes, the pressed skirts, the neat ponytails tied with ribbon. Your parents had money, or at least enough of it to make sure your lives stayed clean and carefully curated. You walked into places like you belonged there, like the world had already made room for you. And then there were the Streets. The boys. Dust on their jeans, scuffed sneakers, shirts half untucked and sun-faded. They didn't walk anywhere, they ran, climbed, shouted. They lived outside, in empty lots and overgrown fields, building their own kingdom out of nothing but a baseball, a beat-up glove, and whatever rules they decided mattered that day. Different worlds. Same town. And somehow, always orbiting just close enough to collide. But, for some reason, that border seemed to vanish between you and Benjamin Franklin Rodriguez.

𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗛, It's the Summer of 1962, and Kimberly and Scotty Smalls move into San Fernando Valley with their parents. Usually, the two of them would sit in the house all day every summer. But that all changes when Benny invites them over to play baseball with his group of friends at a sandlot. Attempting to fit in, Kimberly and Scotty end up joining them, and soon becomes companions with them. Kimberly Smalls was a quiet, petite girl who hated when her family moved into the Valley. Her face just never shown it. But now that she's making new friends with her younger brother along the way, she comes across a boy who will soon become the love of her life. Benny Rodriguez never cared for girls in his time. He only cared for baseball, his family, and mostly his friends. But when Kimberly's in the situation, he tries his best to win over her heart before anyone else could. While there, they meet a young boy name Scottie Smalls, who just moved there. And they also meet a bunch of boys who play on a baseball field known as the Sandlot. The heroes learn to play baseball, and become friends with the boys, and their leader, Benjamin Franklin Rodriguez.

One of her fathers friends, Mr. Mertle has taken her in on behalf of her fathers request. The Beast, it's what the boys in sandlot call her dog, Hercules. They dont know the real story. April was playing around the sandlot when she hits the baseball over the fence. She of course can grab the ball but, the boys stop her. One particular boy falls for her. One day they found out the truth. Will he still like her or will all of the boys hate her.

Ellie always loved baseball and one day on her way home from school, she saw a group of boys playing baseball. After a few days of watching them play, she finally asks if she can join

y/n's brother, Philips, hates the Sandlot boys. But y/n, has a little crush on one of them. Little does she know, Benny likes her too. She then becomes best friends with the boys. She even helps them out when Smalls getting them into the biggest pickle they've ever seen.
