Three best friends get to meet an up and coming band backstage at their favorite band, Lips Touch' s, show. This is the last summer before Kyler and Chelsea go off to college, so when Storm to Pass invite them to join them on tour the two girls along with Chelsea's older sister Frankie couldn't possibly resist.Two months on tour with the best of friends and a crew full of fascinating characters; who knows what may happen.
