Heidi Shelvey is one such student, a muggleborn witch, sorted into neither Gryffindor or Slytherin, with few remarkable qualities. Despite this, she manages to make friends, explore her new school, stay relatively on top of her classes, and even succeed in bringing together the muggleborn population of Hogwarts in somewhat of a support group.
