However, as magical science evolved, a certain group of scientists discovered something that would haunt the world for a long time... Sacrificial rituals, the act of sacrificing something of value to "The Entity" as the science team turned cult calls it. Anything could be a sacrifice; money, jewels, even lives. The finger of fate is fickle, and had unfortunately pointed the cult in the direction of two young ones known as Brendan and Caden, forcing them to live with the consequences of their actions every day. But... what happens when the finger of fate guides them onto the same path? Brendan: the corrupted soul, and Caden: the failed sacrifice. Read as the two outcasts fight, gain new allies, and free themselves from the actions of the cult.
