It's a little bit ironic. Yes, I consider myself as a maker of the divine. But I do believe that gods are born and aren't made. I teach them the basics, I guide them to do the right thing. But in the end, they have to choose their own paths, be who they are born to be. You would think the strings of destiny is with the fingers of the gods. But no. I received a million research proposals about the existence of destiny but none of my students could provide enough evidence. Everything, everybody, is controlled by destiny and until now it remains a theory for not even the gods could prove it.

Once upon a time, there was this old man lying on his deathbed. He had been suffering from tuberculosis for three years and he decided to give up. One day, he called his three sons for his last will and testament...

Tropang Tanggero was made up of Rene, a.k.a. Groogie, Mark, a.k.a. Macoy, Miko, a.k.a Nonoy, and David, a.k.a. King, as in King Torpe. The gang loved Wednesdays and Saturdays. Their place was People's Village which was notorious for nicotine atmosphere, vomitus-on-floors, waitresses on 7-inch skirts, and beer and beer and beer.

Next, he would be unreasonably anxious over a call from a woman because of his overflowing imagination that the woman might be a serial kiler. Just like in television dramas. Oh yes, he is a fanatic over T.V programs that it will lead him to being addicted to being stuck in that delusional world from whichever series he has started. He needs tough luck for survival, as what his friends have always said. And the tough luck came. There was Creetle. Yes, yes, I know one weird name is enough but to make his love interest's name sound almost a beetle or kettle, that could just be another add on for the mending of their fate. Anyways, don't ever ask who she is. She's just a simple girl who seems to be having a concert in the calm of Bacolod next door. She's just this simple girl who throws paper balls at his balcony everytime she goes to hers. And well, she's this simple girl who loves annoying his already messed up 24 hours. Told you don't ask. But would Yeerin realize that her chase is better than the chaise in that episode? Would his fantasies suffice the unending roller-coaster ride of reality? Would he admitt that roller coasters are better than fairies?

After an attack that lead to a loss of a Scisces-libquarius. A new group of heroes were called from the aftermath, gathered due to the circumstances following the loss, They will be clouded in challenges, mysteries and threats of a much sinister organisation that helped kill heroes such as the aforementioned Scisces-libquarius. What mystery awaits the new heroes? A Threat or a Secret?

After the loss of one of their members, the remaining Countries will now have to fight a much bigger threat where they will finish and echo battles of the past, some changed, others will face their fears while some struggles to fight who they are and the person inside of themselves. Just this morning, he was enjoying himself, eating good, local food, catching up with relatives he hasn't seen in a long time, opening Christmas presents and going to church to thank the Lord for every good thing; it was wonderful. Never during the day, did he think that something like this would happen. Was the Lord testing him? What a cruel test this was! He silently prayed to be saved. This is a 1000+ words short story, written as a part of a writing exercise.

The leads are two survivors of an alien race, soon they'll meet up with other powered individuals such as themselves to help save their friends from the clutches of the enemy. They'll travel and grow closer but will they be ready to lose? or strong enough to win?
