Within the past couple of days, Eleanor came to notice some things. To be clear, Eleanor had spent more time with the visitors and pieced together three crucial pieces of information. One, the intruders-or, her guests which she now calls them-were staying inside the guest bedrooms located on the first floor. Eleanor knew this because of the untidy state the three bedrooms were in, and more obviously, the trail of wet footprints that led her to the three bedrooms. It was on the fourth day that she unearthed a mysterious pouch underneath one of the beds; inside were a couple of wooden stakes. Two, her guests were rather young. From what she could tell, their manner of speech was different from her own, as well as garment sizes. Not that she was being nosy or anything, it was customary that the host check up on his or her guests, to ensure they found their stay most comfortable. Thus, Eleanor concluded that unless her guests were dwarves, they were younger than herself, likely adolescents. Third and lastly, she couldn't see them. As in, she literally couldn't see them. They most certainly weren't dwarves, (as she had concluded from her second observation), and it wasn't as if Eleanor had been ignoring them. It seemed as if Eleanor was unable to see her four guests, and her guests were also unable to see her.
