Moonwood is not a normal forest in a normal part of Pennsylvania. It is the place where death herself stops working. A place where monsters roam and even demons walk among us. No one but the so-called leader, Esme Dean, who has been there since Moonwood appeared. She's the place's first victim. No one ages here. No one needs to eat to survive, but not eating or drinking can cause bad illnesses. No matter what, Moonwood is not a safe place, it is a dark forest where sanity itself goes to be ripped apart. A place where no one, not even the people who put the victims there, are safe.
