Yoongi doesn't dislike being part of the student council. It's not really something that takes up a lot of time. Granted, he does have to be early to school and most of the time he has to stay late after classes for meetings and whatnot. It's not much of a hassle for him, he does value being punctual and the meetings after school are necessary.
